FASHION VISUALIZATIONS & PRESENTATIONS BOOK (Spring 2013)
I designed and illustrated four looks to feature in this book, titled “ミニマル,” meaning “Minimal” in Japanese. Each spread is created through layering different details of the original full-figure drawing with varying opacities.

STENCILS – AN EXPLORATION OF SILHOUETTE AND TEXTURE (Spring 2012)
Part I: Using an exacto, I cut technical flat-like shapes from bristol board to demonstrate the clean aspect of my aesthetic. I then used digital images as swatches to lay behind the stencils and experimented with unlikely texture/textile and silhouette pairings.
Part II: I manipulated fabric to create new textiles and textures and placed these reinvented swatches behind stencils.
Left to right: Hand-shredded and interfaced chiffon, Therm O Web iron-on vinyl-coated wrinkled denim, semi-melted and distressed polyester-covered cotton fabric, checkered topstitched polyester, interfaced black and white yarns and hand-blended grey gradient yarns created from deconstructed cotton-rayon woven fabric. Exacto-cut silhouettes.
